Recent studies show that music is also being used for therapy. Yes, music therapy for people with psychiatric disorders. In some psychiatric facilities abroad, they use this method called "Background Music Therapy" in which they let their patients listen to the same songs over and over again within 5 to 8 hours period. These songs, according to their observation, helps create a calm environment for their patients.

Want to hear it?
